We work daily fixing cracked, broken, settling, sinking,
bowing, and pushed in foundations. We repair all cracked
or bowed walls and will solve any water drainage
problem.
We use only the best materials for your
waterproofing needs. We first remove
approximately a one foot section of floor
around the leaking foundation wall. We then
remove the dirt until we are approximately 6
inches below the top of the footing. A socked
perforated drain pipe is then layed next to the
footing and encased in gravel. The drain tile
pipe is then connected to a sump pump and
the floor is replaced back to it original view.
